privacy policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Almost every privacy policy on the internet is four thousand words and written by a bald guy just to say "we sell your data."
I'll simplify ours in 2 sentences:
We collect only what you type into our forms. No ad trackers, cookies, or selling your information... because that's evil?
Who's collecting this
Rocky and I (Tea) own this studio which is registered in the State of Texas, United States. Our registration is public and searchable through the Texas Comptroller's taxable entity search. You can also reach us in the contact section below if you feel lonely.
What we collect
Whatever you type into the application form. That's it.
If you email us, then obviously we have your email. That's how email works.
Who else touches it
Three companies:
- Netlify: hosts the site and stores form submissions. They keep server logs with IP addresses, like every host on planet earth.
- Google Workspace: runs our email so your application lands there.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts, which means Google sees your browser ask for them.
Why we have it
To review your application and reply to you. Obviously lol
How long we keep it
Applications sit in our email for reference and stay there because we haven't come across the concept "inbox zero."
If you want yours gone, email us.
What we never do
- sell your information
- add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for
- share it with anyone outside the studio except the three services above that make the site and email work
